[Abstract]:
Compliance management is the cornerstone of sustainable development of enterprises, and an important guarantee for enterprises to prevent and control compliance risks and enhance their global competitiveness.In recent years, with the globalization of economic and commercial activities, governments around the world are committed to establishing and maintaining a development, transparent and fair business environment, so as to continuously strengthen compliance supervision.Moreover, through some international treaties and guidelines, there is a global consensus on the basic requirements of compliance management, and a set of international standards for compliance management is gradually being formed.
On May 23, 2017, xi jinping hosted general secretary of the central comprehensively deepen reform leading group 35 meetings and reviewed and adopted the "about several opinions about how to standardize the behavior of enterprises operating overseas, on December 29, 2017, issued in China GB/T35770-2017 national standards, the compliance management system's guide to July 1, 2018, corporate compliance national standard will be officially implemented.
On May 4, 2018, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade national Enterprise Compliance Committee held its inaugural meeting. Chengdong Camp, as the first member of the council, was invited to attend the inaugural meeting.As supporting units, the Policies and Regulations Bureau of the State-owned Assets supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the Division of Outbound Investment and Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Commerce and relevant leaders of the United Nations Global Compact delivered speeches at the inaugural meeting.
The corporate compliance committee is to improve the working mechanisms of corporate compliance, guided by the national enterprise compliance policies, joint attention and support from all walks of life both at home and abroad enterprises compliance organization and individual, draw lessons from international advanced experience of compliance, in order to promote business compliance, purify the market environment, promote compliance, to foster globally competitive world-class enterprises to provide powerful guarantee.
As one of the first governing units, Chengdong Camp will pay more attention to honest and compliant operation, uphold correct values and business ethics standards, follow the laws and regulations of the place where the operation is located, and promote the enhancement of staff compliance awareness and cultivate compliance culture through the establishment and improvement of compliance management system.
