Requirement	1. This was a construction camp for 600 people and the life span was for 25 years, including supervisor accommodation for end user, design institute and factory premises, subcontract managers’ houses, workers dormitory for contractor and other related facilities (sewage treatment, wall guardrail, street lamps, sentry box, septic-tanks, outdoor cable and outdoor plumbing construction, infrastructure construction, etc.);
	2. Short processing cycle (30 days) and installation time (15 months).
	3. Product features and configuration requirements (office, manager accommodation, dormitory and the office for subcontractors and design institute, large-span restaurants, entertainment and warehouse).
	4. Due to climate and environment requirement and long lifespan (25 years), it required the strong structure corrosion resistance and wind resistance.
	5. Considering the requirement of cargoes collection and convenient installation at working site, the package and loading solution were both specialized.
Project Details	1. Central power plant located in north-central Venezuela near the Caribbean sea which was currently the largest coal-fired power plants (fuel), nearly 30km from the largest port (POT. CABELLO) in Venezuela. The existing public facilities were complete and the expansion was available
	2. This power plant was one of the largest coal-fired power plants in Venezuela, which used to remold the original plant power level and improve the local civil and industrial electrical conditions.
	3. The project function is to set up power plant through fuel power and the total construction time limited within 5years.
Highlights	1. The camp layout was comprehensive，involved widely in installation field and overall in service function.
	2. In the process of installation, it needed to be checked and accepted by the supervisor of European design institute, so the house acceptance criteria is extremely high and needed to provide a big volume of technical data.
	3. This project was appraised as "benchmarking camp construction project” by Venezuela's state power company.
	4. In this project, the light steel villa system has been widely applied and accepted. During the whole procedure, our people gained a lot of experience in design and installation.
	5. It was complicated that the technology and site emergency response plan were revised several times at the working site, and raw materials were changed as well.
	6. We had sent the largest and most powerful construction management team and installation team to the working site. In rush hour the people could reach 74 nos.
