1. The climate was rough with heavy wind and snow.
2. The project was 1st phase of the power station which generated electricity by fuel to solve the local civil and industrial electrical conditions.
3. Camp design with 600 people at the peak, including the houses and facilities for owner’s supervision, designing institute, suppliers, subcontractor management and construction workers.
4. This project included office buildings, dormitories for management, workers, subcontractors & construction companies, large canteen, recreation, warehouse, etc. |
