Chengdong Cold-Resistant Containers are specifically tailored for high-altitude and extremely cold regions, engineered to withstand extreme low temperatures down to -40°C. Equipped with a thickened, high-density insulation structure, they deliver outstanding thermal performance, ensuring a consistently comfortable indoor temperature.
The product features precision sealing craftsmanship that effectively prevents wall condensation and dampness. Paired with a robust assembly framework, it offers strong resistance against wind and snow, remaining stable, safe, and highly durable even in severe winter climates.
With an overall modular prefabricated design, the units can be assembled quickly and efficiently. The integrated internal plumbing and electrical systems significantly reduce on-site labor costs. Balancing living comfort, extreme environment adaptability, and economic practicality, Chengdong containers are the ideal premium housing solution for camps, residences, and office accommodations in frigid regions.

Ultra-low temperature resistance

Specifically designed for extremely cold regions, the structure is reinforced to resist freeze-thaw cycles and corrosion. It can withstand extreme low temperatures down to -50°C, ensuring the main building body remains free from deformation or cracking, with long-term stability under severe winter conditions.

Superior Insulation & Heat Retention

Featuring a high-density thickened insulation layer combined with an anti-thermal bridge node design, the unit achieves an impressively low heat transfer coefficient of just 0.45W/(m²・K). When paired with indoor heating facilities, it can maintain a stable and comfortable temperature of around 20°C, making the interior feel as warm and cozy as springtime.

Targeted Structural Design

All structural components, including the roof, floor, columns, wall panels, and corner posts, feature cold-proof and thermal insulation designs. By optimizing thickness and incorporating thermal break treatments, these specialized technical designs ensure superior insulation performance for the container unit.

Modular

Featuring a modular dimensional design, the units can also be customized in width and height as needed. This allows for the establishment of several fixed functional layouts. Based on specific usage requirements, different functional units can be flexibly combined to form standardized products, making mass production possible.

Integration

Internal plumbing and electrical systems are prefabricated and integrated at the factory, eliminating the need for secondary on-site renovation. The unit is ready for immediate occupancy as soon as it is lifted into place.
