Project Details

1.The end user was SANDIVIK, a famous Swedish group enrolled as Forbes “The world’s most innovative companies of 100”, whose main business is metal cutting tools, construction and mining equipment, special alloy, drive system, etc.

2.This project was contracted by ADEN SERVICES, who is mainly working for providing services of catering, housekeeping, security and maintenance.

3.The house model used in this project was A type model.

4.The function of this camp was for accommodation, including ADEN PEOPLE dormitory 1 unit and SANDIVIK dormitory 10 units.

Benefit

1.Led by our supervisor, the site working was finished within the required schedule. When the first building was taken by end user, the building was highly appraised and accepted.

2.This is the first project cooperated between ADEN and CDPH, though the correspondence had continued for 5 years. Because of acceptance of the quality, delivery time and installation schedule by end user, Aden gained more confidence in the long-term cooperation with CDPH.

3.During the whole business procedure, CDPH had offered some reasonable suggestions for building design and site management, which were proved high cost performance.

In Summary

1.The house model was simple, but there were full sets of accessories, including ceiling, ceramic tiles, electrical component, plumping, sanitary wares, smoke detector, etc.

2.Since our client was a French company, the electrical plan and plumping design couldn’t be adjusted too much. In several times discussion, the design was confirmed finally.

3.Since all the plumping pipes were mounted on the wall, the design was more difficult.

4.During the project execution process, customer required cargoes supplementary in several times, which caused a lot of change in the final technic and production.

5.The working site was lack of storage area, and the workers as well as management team were from many different countries, which made our supervisor difficult to coordinate and supervise at the working site.
