Project Features：

1.Build a four-story box-type dormitory on the steel structure (force calculation is required).

2. Add a sun room drying area on the roof.

3. Add an access platform for air conditioning on the exterior facade.

4. The beam gap and hoisting hole between the upper and lower floors are blocked with auxiliary materials.

5. The color of the exterior facade is beige, and the resin tile single slope roof is red.

6. The length of the dormitory box is 7205mm, and the width of the built-in corridor box is 2300mm (the extended box is matched with the built-in widened corridor box).

7. Each dormitory building is equipped with steel structure walking stairs and elevators.

Project Description

This project is the construction of GEM's dormitory building in Indonesia. The whole is composed of steel structure + box room + roof and drying area. The first floor is reserved for leisure sports and other areas. The second to sixth floors are two- and triple-room dormitories. The dormitory is equipped with an integrated bathroom. The major difficulty of this project is that the general temporary box house building only satisfies the construction of less than or equal to three floors. This project requires the construction of a four-story box room dormitory and is completed on the basis of a steel structure building, which is a great challenge. The company's technical department determined the final plan after careful force verification, and provided the customer with a successful force calculation written report.
