1.The main structure of the project applies the new research and development product ZA second floor, relying on cutting-edge technology to upgrade the building performance, and has a good performance in the core dimensions such as space utilization rate and structural stability;

2. For the strong wind conditions of over 100 km/h at the project location, optimize the roof design, add multiple reinforcement measures such as roof reinforcement buckle groove structure to effectively resist the wind attack;

3. The second-floor bathroom considers ground waterproofing and structural reinforcement treatment, arranges floor slabs on the structure, pours concrete, and makes SBS waterproof coating to further enhance the waterproof effect;

4. The box house adopts 10.5m overall ground/roof frame for the first time, which solves the problem of the middle corridor outburst, and reduces the material cost on the basis of meeting the functional use.

5. For the first time, the box-type house was installed by factory prefabrication and shipped as a whole. The overall performance of the house, the connection method of supporting materials and the house body were actually verified, and the relevant data on the effective quality protection of long-distance ocean transportation of this type of house were mastered. Set a benchmark for subsequent projects of the same type.
