Enhancing the International Image of Chinese Enterprises

The camp is based on a semi-permanent light steel structure layout. The main building is a two-story structure, flanked by single-story annexes, forming a U-shaped layout. This design concept is inspired by Beijing’s traditional quadrangle courtyards, providing both an enclosed space for internal collaboration and an open structure conducive to international exchange.

Addressing Tight Schedules and Intensive Construction Needs

Shipments were carefully organized and delivered in batches to ensure that worker accommodations were prioritized and available at the earliest stage.

A large conference hall with a capacity of 3,000 people was required to be completed in just 15 days — a process that normally takes 40 days.

To achieve this, Chengdong mobilized multi-skilled construction teams within one week and completed all visa procedures in just three days. Thanks to efficient on-site coordination and comprehensive management, the project was delivered on time and successfully put into use.
